Funky Junk are able to offer brokerage services for the opening of loans, long-term rentals and leasing to both companies and individuals.

Gli importi si intendono sempre IVA inclusa (salvo diversamente indicato) e Franco Sede Funky Junk Italy Srl di Milano.
Le spese di trasporto, corriere ed eventuale assicurazione sono sempre a carico del Cliente sia che siano effettuate con vettore convenzionato con Funky Junk Italy srl, sia che siano effettuate da spedizioniere scelto dal cliente.

Prices

Prices are always inclusive of VAT (unless otherwise indicated) and Ex Works Funky Junk Italy Srl, Milan, Italy. Transport, courier and insurance costs are always charged to the customer, whether they are carried out by a carrier with an agreement with Funky Junk Italy Srl, or by a forwarding agent chosen by the customer.

Pagamenti

Accettiamo pagamenti a mezzo bonifico bancario, assegni bancari, carta di credito e trasferimenti su conto Paypal.
Possiamo organizzare leasing o finanziamenti dai 6 ai 60 mesi a privati o società. Contattateci per un preventivo di finanziamento su misura.

I pagamenti devono essere effettuati alla/e scadenza/e pattuita/e evitando qualsiasi decurtazione anche a solo titolo di arrotondamento. L’eventuale ritardo nei pagamenti darà luogo all’annullamento di eventuali sconti pattuiti nonché all’applicazione degli interessi moratori nelle transazioni commerciali.

Nella vendita a rate la merce rimane, ai sensi dell’art. 1523 c.c., di proprietà della Funky Junk Italy Srl fino al pagamento per intero della stessa. Il compratore, però, assume i rischi dal momento della consegna.

Ogni ordine o transazione, anche effettuato dall’ecommerce, è soggetto ad approvazione da parte di Funky Junk Italy Srl.

Payments

We accept payment by bank transfer, bank-cheque, credit-card and Paypal account transfers. We can arrange leasing or financing from 6 to 60 months to individuals or companies. Please contact us for a tailor-made finance quote.

Payments must be made on the agreed due date(s) avoiding any deductions even if only for rounding off purposes. Any delay in payment shall give rise to the cancellation of any agreed discounts as well as the application of default interest in commercial transactions.

In the sale by instalments, the goods remain the property of Funky Junk Italy Srl until they have been paid for in full, pursuant to Article 1523 of the Italian Civil Code. The buyer, however, assumes the risks from the moment of delivery.

Any order or transaction, even made by ecommerce, is subject to approval by Funky Junk Italy Srl.

Finanziamenti

Funky Junk Italy srl offre la possibilità di finanziare i propri acquisti per qualsiasi articolo del nostro catalogo con formula personalizzata, la spesa minima per aprire una pratica di finanziamento è di € 500,00. Per alcuni prodotti è inoltre disponibile l’opzione esclusiva “Tasso Zero”(*), applicabile a seconda del prodotto acquistato su una durata di 12 o 24 mesi.

Per avviare la pratica di finanziamento a privati occorre presentare la seguente documentazione:
• Fotocopia del codice fiscale
• Carta di identità fronte e retro
• Ultima busta paga
• Ultima bolletta Telefono o Energia Elettrica nel caso che il domicilio attuale differisca da quello sulla carta di identità

Per avviare la pratica di finanziamento a professionisti detentori di Partita IVA occorre presentare la seguente documentazione:
• Certificato di attribuzione della Partita IVA
• Unico dell’anno precedente
• Ricevuta del primo pagamento relativo all’Unico dell’anno precedente
• Carta di identità
• Codice Fiscale

NB: Le offerte di finanziamento sono disponibili solo per i clienti residenti su territorio italiano.

Noleggio a lungo termine

Esiste un modo diverso per arricchire la tua strumentazione ed è il “noleggio operativo” (solo per possessori partita IVA).

Il noleggio operativo funziona in modo simile ad un leasing: una società esterna provvede all’acquisto del materiale e successivamente te lo affitta mensilmente (per un periodo minimo di 24 mesi fino ad un massimo di 60 mesi).

Non esistono limiti di capitale e diversamente da un finanziamento standard la burocrazia è ridotta al minimo, basta che la tua partita IVA sia attiva da almeno 12 mesi.

Con il noleggio operativo potrai subito iniziare ad utilizzare gli strumenti che ti servono(*) e a fine noleggio sarà tua facoltà decidere se riscattarli con un piccolo importo aggiuntivo.

Il vantaggio di un noleggio operativo rispetto ad un normale acquisto o formula finanziaria è che le fatture che paghi sono di servizio e quindi vengono immediatamente scaricate dalle tasse come costo, esattamente come si fa con una bolletta.

NB: Le offerte di noleggio a lungo termine sono disponibili solo per i clienti residenti su territorio italiano.

FINANCING

Funky Junk Italy srl offers the possibility of financing your purchases for any item in our catalogue with a bespoke agreement. The minimum cost for opening a financing file is € 500.00. For some products, there is also the exclusive "interest-free"(*) option, which can be applied depending on the product purchased over a period of 12 or 24 months.

The following documentation must be submitted in order to initiate the private financing procedure:
• Photocopy of tax code
• Identity card front and back
• Last pay slip
• Last telephone or electricity bill if your current address differs from the one on your identity card

The following documents must be submitted in order to initiate the practice of financing for VAT-registered professionals:
• Certificate of VAT number attribution
• Unified tax return for the previous year
• Receipt of the first payment for the previous year's tax return
• Identity card
• Tax code

NB: Financing offers are only available to customers resident on Italian territory.

(*) The "interest-free" option only applies to new products and cannot be combined with other offers.

LONG TERM RENTAL

There is a different way of adding to your equipment and that is 'operational rental' (only for VAT holders).

Operational rental works in a similar way to leasing: an external company buys the equipment and then rents it to you on a monthly basis (for a minimum of 24 months and a maximum of 60 months).

There are no capital limits and, unlike a standard loan, the bureaucracy is kept to a minimum, as long as your VAT number has been active for at least 12 months.

With an operational rental you can start using the tools you need immediately (*) and at the end of the rental period you can decide whether to buy them back for a small additional fee.

The advantage of an operational rental over a normal purchase or financial formula is that the invoices you pay are service invoices and are therefore immediately deducted from your taxes as a cost, just as you would with a utility bill.

NB: Long-term rental offers are only available to customers resident on Italian territory.
