Il materiale in riparazione verrà accettato solo dopo compilazione dell’apposito form RMA.
Verrete contattati dal nostro personale che Vi fornirà le corrette istruzioni di imballaggio e spedizione, nonché un numero di RMA di riferimento.
Il materiale verrà riparato in garanzia solo se sussistono i seguenti presupposti:

  • rientra nei tempi di Garanzia relativi al Prodotto;
  • prodotti acquistati in Italia attraverso dealers autorizzati;
  • presentazione di documentazione attestante la vendita;
  • integrità dell’apparecchiatura e di eventuali sigilli.

La garanzia non copre in alcun caso le spese di trasporto che restano a carico del cliente, così come eventuali oneri doganali. Il materiale spedito in porto assegnato (sia esso in garanzia o fuori garanzia) verrà respinto ed ogni costo derivante verrà addebitato al mittente. Si accettano spedizioni solo tramite corriere espresso, eventuali spedizioni effettuate via posta verranno respinte.

Attenzione

  • All’atto della spedizione assicurarsi sempre che la merce sia imballata e protetta in modo da evitare danni durante il trasporto.
  • Funky Junk non si assume alcuna responsabilità in caso di danni occorsi durante il trasporto.
  • Nel caso si rendesse necessario da parte del Personale di Funky Junk effettuare un nuovo imballaggio della merce per la spedizione al laboratorio di assistenza, tale costo verrà addebitato al Cliente.
  • Il cliente è obbligato a ritirare la merce entro e non oltre 30 giorni dall’avviso di merce pronta, oltre tale termine Funky Junk ha la facoltà di avvalersi dell’articolo 2756 del codice civile che attribuisce ai creditori, per le prestazioni e le spese relative alla conservazione e al miglioramento di beni mobili, il privilegio sui beni purché si trovino ancora presso chi ha fatto la prestazione e/o sostenuto le spese.
  • Pertanto, in caso di mancato ritiro e pagamento della riparazione, Funky Junk oltre a non essere tenuta a restituire il bene ha anche diritto di venderlo secondo le norme stabilite per la vendita del pegno (art. 2797 cc).

Technical Assistance Terms & Condition

Expertise and experience

Professional audio specialists specializing in the supply and service of high-end audio equipment for more than 30 years.

Service conditions

Material under repair will only be accepted after filling out the RMA form.
You will be contacted by our staff who will provide you with the correct packaging and shipping instructions as well as a valid RMA number.
The material will only be repaired under warranty if the following conditions are met:

  • Falls within the warranty time related to the product;
  • Documentation proving the sale is provided;
  • Goods purchased (in Italy have been done so) through authorised dealers;
  • Goods have not been tampered with/modified.

The warranty does not in any case cover transport costs, which shall be charged to the customer as well as any customs charges that may apply. Material shipped freight collect (whether under warranty or out of warranty) will be rejected and any resulting costs will be charged to the sender. We only accept shipments by express courier, any shipments made by post will be rejected.

Attention

  • When shipping, always make sure that the goods are packed and protected adequately to prevent damage in transit.
  • Funky Junk accepts no liability in the event of damage.
  • If it becomes necessary for Funky Junk personnel to repack the goods for shipment to the service workshop, they will be charged the corresponding labour costs.
  • The customer is obliged to collect the goods within and no later than 30 days from the notice of readiness of the goods, after which time Funky Junk is entitled to a lien on the goods provided that they are still with the person who performed the service and/or incurred the expenses for services and expenses relating to the preservation and improvement of movable property.
  • Therefore, in the event of failure to collect and pay for the repair, Funky Junk, in addition to not being obliged to return the goods, also has the right to sell them.

Funky Junk offre assistenza sia in garanzia che fuori garanzia sulla maggior parte delle apparecchiature presenti sul mercato.

Uscita per intervento d’urgenza (se richiesto)

Trasferimento

È previsto un rimborso a copertura dei costi di carburante, eventuali pedaggi e tempo impiegato, ed è applicato nella seguente misura:

  • Milano ed hinterland € 90,00*
  • Fuori Milano si applica un rimborso a base chilometrica nella misura di € 0,90*/Km

Costi orari (non frazionabili)

  • intervento tecnico di assistenza outboard, consoles, recorders o software € 75,00*
  • intervento tecnico di assistenza su microfoni € 95,00*
  • per intervento di cablaggio € 50,00*
  • Spese vitto ed alloggio a piè di lista

Non si eseguono preventivi relativamente alla riparazione, se non dopo test ed ispezione del materiale: i costi di questa operazione verranno addebitati (per un minimo di €75,00*) nel caso il cliente non voglia procedere alla riparazione dell’apparecchiatura o anche nel caso di interventi con esito rapido.

We can help! Fill in and submit a Repair Form. You will immediately receive instructions on how to send in your equipment for repair. Funky Junk offers fast and efficient in and out-of-warranty servicing on most equipment.

Hourly costs (not divisible)

  • Technical assistance for outboard, consoles, recorders or software € 75,00*
  • Technical assistance for microphones € 95,00*
  • On site wiring € 50,00*
  • Board and lodging costs to be paid in full

No quotations will be made in respect of repairs, except after testing and inspection of the equipment. In the event the customer does not wish to proceed with the repair of the equipment (even in the case of a quick repair), a minimum assessment charge of €75.00* will apply.

Consegna e ritiro dei prodotti

Attenzione

La consegna e il ritiro dei prodotti riparati o non riparati da effettuarsi presso le sedi di Funky Junk Italy Srl è a cura, spese e rischio del cliente. Nel caso in cui il trasporto fosse effettuato da Funky Junk direttamente o per mezzo di corriere, i prodotti viaggiano sotto la responsabilità del cliente, per cui Funky Junk declina ogni responsabilità per furti, danneggiamenti e qualsiasi altro evento. Su specifica richiesta del cliente Funky Junk potrà organizzare le spedizioni mediante il proprio corriere in assicurato ed in questo caso i relativi costi verranno addebitati al cliente. Le spese di trasporto come gli eventuali oneri doganali restano comunque a carico del committente. Sono accettate esclusivamente spedizioni tramite Corriere Espresso; non sono accettate spedizioni tramite Poste Italiane.

Product delivery and pick-up

Attention

Delivery and collection of repaired or unrepaired products to be made at Funky Junk Italy Srl's premises is at the customer's care, expense, and risk. In the event the transportation is carried out by Funky Junk (either directly or by courier), the products travel under the customer's responsibility, and Funky Junk takes no responsibility for theft, damage or otherwise. Upon specific request of the customer Funky Junk evaluates the possibility of insuring the transport by charging the relative cost in addition to the transport price. Transport costs, as well as any customs charges, shall in any case be borne by the customer. Only shipments by Express Courier are accepted; shipments by Italian Postal Service are not accepted.

The customer is obliged to collect the goods within and no later than 30 days from the notice of readiness of the goods, after which time Funky Junk is entitled to a lien on the goods provided that they are still with the person who performed the service and/or incurred the expenses for services and expenses relating to the preservation and improvement of movable property. Therefore, in the event of failure to collect and pay for the repair Funky Junk is not only not obliged to return the asset but also has the right to "sell it according to the rules established for the sale of the pledge".

The Funky Junk guarantee

Funky Junk Italy Srl guarantees the Customer against defects of the purchased goods, both for new and used goods according to the following criteria.

New Goods

1 year

The warranty period for new goods is one year from date of purchase.

The material will only be repaired under warranty if the following conditions are met:

  • (Falls within the warranty time related to the product)
  • Documentation proving the sale is provided
  • Goods purchased (in Italy have been done so) through authorised dealers
  • Goods have not been tampered with/modified

    • In the event that the parent company guarantees a longer period of time, the customer will be responsible for the labour and shipping costs of the material, but not for the cost of spare parts. In addition, when possible and at its own discretion, Funky Junk Italy Srl can support the customer through its own service facility, speeding up the repair process.

    Things to know

    • The warranty is always understood to be carriage paid at our premises, and any A/R shipping costs will therefore always be charged to the Customer. In the event of an intervention at the Customer's premises, it will be the Customer's responsibility to transfer and stay with our personnel according to our service rates.

Merce Usata

  • Processori in genere e microfoni vengono garantiti per tre mesi dalla data di acquisto.
  • Console, registratori e superfici di controllo non sono garantiti ma Funky Junk Italy Srl visiona e manutenziona l’usato prima della consegna. È facoltà del Cliente quindi verificare le effettive condizioni al momento dell’ acquisto e qualora riscontrasse problemi richiederne la riparazione.
  • La garanzia Funky Junk Italy srl sull’usato esclude la normale usura di switches, potenziometri, e non comprende lampadine, display, fader, capsule microfoniche ed altoparlanti, che il cliente deve verificare all’atto dell’acquisto o al ricevimento della merce.
  • In nessun caso aspetti estetici sono coperti da garanzia.

Warranty on used goods

Funky Junk Italy Srl guarantees the Customer against the defective purchased goods, both for new and used goods according to the following criteria.

Used Goods

  • General outboard equipment and microphones are guaranteed for three months from the date of purchase.
  • Consoles, recorders and control surfaces are not guaranteed, but Funky Junk Italy Srl inspects and maintains used goods prior to delivery. It is therefore up to the customer to check the actual condition of the product at the time of purchase and to request repairs if problems are found.
  • Funky Junk Italy Srl's warranty on used equipment excludes normal wear and tear of switches, potentiometers, and does not include light bulbs, displays, microphone capsules, faders and loudspeakers, which the customer must verify at the time of purchase or upon receipt of the goods.
  • In no case are aesthetic aspects covered by warranty.

Spediamo merce in tutto il mondo selezionando società di trasporto che possano garantire sicurezza, velocità nella resa ed un prezzo competitivo. Sia per l’Italia che per l’estero ci serviamo di tutti i maggiori spedizionieri e possiamo spedire in modalità standard o espressa in base alla richiesta del cliente.

N.B.: Queste regole si applicano solo ai prodotti di dimensioni standard, fanno eccezione tutti i prodotti ingombranti come console, mobili da studio, recorder analogici e casse acustiche di grandi dimensioni. La spedizione di queste tipologie di prodotti verrà a quotata ad hoc nel momento della formalizzazione dell’ordine.

Termini di consegna

I termini di consegna risultanti dal contratto di vendita o noleggio sono indicativi e si intendono valevoli in condizioni normali di lavoro e approvvigionamento, ed in nessun caso eventuali ritardi potranno dar diritto ad alcun rimborso. Il Cliente od un suo incaricato dovrà essere presente alla consegna nel luogo di scarico della merce indicato nel contratto per la ricezione della merce e dovrà sottoscrivere i documenti di viaggio.

N.B.: A seconda dei prodotti ordinati, gli ordini effettuati nelle settimane di Natale e Ferragosto possono subire dei ritardi nella consegna. Per avere una stima dei tempi nei periodi di ferie vi preghiamo di contattare il nostro personale scrivendo a ordini@funkyjunk.it.

Resa del materiale

La resa del materiale, sia in caso di noleggio che in caso di vendita, si intende sempre F.co Ns Sede in Milano.

Spedizione con corriere

La spedizione operata da corriere convenzionato Funky Junk è sempre assicurata con onere a carico del cliente.

In caso di furto e danneggiamento durante il trasporto la Funky Junk Italy Srl non si ritiene in alcun caso responsabile se la spedizione non è assicurata per espressa richiesta del committente.

Nel caso di mancanza o non conformità della merce eventuali reclami devono essere presentati entro 24 ore dalla consegna; in tal caso Funky Junk Italy Srl provvederà nel più breve tempo possibile alla sostituzione, restando fermo e inderogabile l’obbligo del committente ad adempiere ai pagamenti alle scadenze concordate. In tale ipotesi il committente rinuncia ad ogni e qualsiasi azione di richiesta danni. Le spese di trasporto sono sempre a carico del Cliente che ha la facoltà di affidare il trasporto ad un proprio corriere di fiducia oppure di affidarsi ad un corriere convenzionato con Funky Junk Italy Srl, che provvederà ad addebitarne il costo in fattura.

Nessuna apparecchiatura può essere resa se non dietro autorizzazione della Funky Junk Italy Srl e qualora ciò avvenisse, verranno accettati solo colli in Porto Franco e propriamente imballati. Detta merce deve altresì comprendere manuali e parti varie. Eventuali mancanze o danni verranno addebitati. Sono accettate esclusivamente spedizioni tramite Corriere Espresso; non sono accettate spedizioni tramite Poste Italiane.

Transport and shipping

We ship goods worldwide by selecting transport companies that can guarantee security, speed of delivery and a competitive price. For both Italy and abroad we use all major forwarding companies and can ship in standard or express mode according to customer request.

N.B.: These rules only apply to standard-sized products, except for bulky products such as consoles, studio furniture, analogue recorders, large loudspeakers etc The shipment of these types of products will be quoted on an ad-hoc basis once the order is formalized.

All incoming and outgoing shipments are covered by insurance

Delivery terms

The delivery terms resulting from the sales or rental contract are approximate and apply under normal working and supply conditions, and under no circumstances shall any delays give rise to any right to reimbursement. The Customer or his agent must be present at the place of unloading of the goods indicated in the contract for the receipt of the goods and must sign the travel documents.

N.B.: Depending on the products ordered, orders placed in the weeks of Christmas and August may be subject to delivery delays. For an estimate of the time during holiday periods, please contact our staff at ordini@funkyjunk.it

Returns of material

The return of goods, whether rented or sold, is always made to our head office in Milan. In the case of goodsl specially sent from abroad, the rental will be charged with the cost of return freight.

Shipping by courier

Shipment by Funky Junk courier is always insured at the customer's expense.

In case of theft or damage during transport, Funky Junk Italy Srl shall not be held responsible in any case if the shipment is not insured at the express request of the customer.

In case of lack or non-conformity of the goods, any complaints must be made within 24 hours from the delivery; in this case Funky Junk Italy Srl will seek to replace the goods as quickly as possible, it being understood and binding the obligation of the purchaser to fulfil the payments on the agreed due dates. In this case, the purchaser waives any and all claims for damages. Transport costs are always borne by the customer, who has the option of entrusting the transport to its own trusted courier, or to entrust it to a courier that has an agreement with Funky Junk Italy Srl, which will charge the cost on the invoice.

No equipment may be returned unless authorised by Funky Junk Italy Srl., and if this is the case, only parcels that are carriage paid and properly packed will be accepted. Such goods must also include manuals and various parts. Any missing or damaged parts will be charged.

Le spese di trasporto, corriere ed eventuale assicurazione sono sempre a carico del Cliente sia che siano effettuate con vettore convenzionato con Funky Junk Italy srl, sia che siano effettuate da spedizioniere scelto dal cliente.

Pagamenti

  • Accettiamo pagamenti a mezzo bonifico bancario, carta di credito e trasferimenti su conto Paypal.
  • Possiamo organizzare leasing o finanziamenti dai 6 ai 60 mesi a privati o società. Contattateci per un preventivo di finanziamento su misura.
  • I pagamenti devono essere effettuati alla/e scadenza/e pattuita/e evitando qualsiasi decurtazione anche a solo titolo di arrotondamento. L’eventuale ritardo nei pagamenti darà luogo all’annullamento di eventuali sconti pattuiti nonché all’applicazione degli interessi moratori nelle transazioni commerciali.
  • Nella vendita a rate la merce rimane, ai sensi dell’art. 1523 c.c., di proprietà della Funky Junk Italy Srl fino al pagamento per intero della stessa. Il compratore, però, assume i rischi dal momento della consegna.
  • Ogni ordine o transazione, anche effettuato dall’ecommerce, è soggetto ad approvazione da parte di Funky Junk Italy Srl.

Prices

Amounts are always inclusive of VAT (unless otherwise indicated) and ex Funky Junk Italy Srl head office in Milan. Transport, courier and any insurance costs are always at the Customer's expense, whether they are carried out by a carrier contracted with Funky Junk Italy srl, or by a forwarding agent chosen by the Customer.

Payments

  • We accept payments by bank transfer, bank cheques, credit card and Paypal account transfers.
  • We can arrange leasing or financing from 6 to 60 months to individuals or companies. Contact us for a tailor-made financing quote.
  • Payments must be made on the agreed due date(s), avoiding any deductions, even if only by way of rounding. Any delay in payment will result in the cancellation of any agreed discounts as well as the application of default interest in commercial transactions.
  • In a sale by instalments, the goods remain the property of Funky Junk Italy Srl until they are paid for in full. The buyer, however, assumes the risks from the moment of delivery.

Funky Junk Italy srl offre la possibilità di finanziare i propri acquisti per qualsiasi articolo del nostro catalogo con formula personalizzata, la spesa minima per aprire una pratica di finanziamento è di € 500,00. Per alcuni prodotti è inoltre disponibile l’opzione esclusiva “Tasso Zero”(*), applicabile a seconda del prodotto acquistato su una durata di 12 o 24 mesi.

Funky Junk Italy srl offers the possibility of financing your purchases for any item in our catalogue with a personalised formula; the minimum cost for opening a financing file is €500.00. For some products, the exclusive "Zero Rate"(*) option is also available, applicable depending on the product purchased for a period of 12 or 24 months.

Financing practice for private individuals

The following documentation must be submitted:

  • Photocopy of tax code
  • Identity card front and back
  • Last pay slip
  • Last telephone or electricity bill if the current address is different from the one on the ID card

Financing file for professionals with VAT registration number

The following documentation must be submitted:

  • VAT registration certificate
  • Unified tax return for the previous year
  • Receipt for the first payment for the VAT return for the previous year
  • Identity card
  • Tax code

NB: Financing offers are only available to Italian residents.

Diritto di recesso-restocking

  • Il diritto di recesso-restocking è applicabile solo ed esclusivamente per acquisti operati da persone fisiche (consumatore) e quindi per acquisto di beni non utilizzati professionalmente e per vendite iniziate e risolte a distanza.
  • Sono esclusi dal diritto di recesso i prodotti audiovisivi o i software informatici sigillati, aperti dal consumatore.
  • Gli articoli acquistati possono essere resi entro 10gg. dall’acquisto con l’obbligo di invio di raccomandata A/R.
  • Il materiale dovrà ritornare integro e completo dell’imballo originale e dei manuali d’uso.
  • Le spese di spedizione per il reso delle apparecchiature sono a carico del consumatore. Sono accettate esclusivamente spedizioni tramite Corriere Espresso; non sono accettate spedizioni tramite Poste Italiane.
  • Il consumatore avrà diritto al rimborso del bene acquistato ma non delle spese di trasporto originariamente addebitate all’invio.

Right of withdrawal-restocking

  • The right of withdrawal-restocking is applicable only and exclusively for purchases made by natural persons (consumers) and therefore for purchases of goods not used professionally and for sales initiated and terminated at a distance.
  • Excluded from the right of withdrawal are sealed audiovisual products or computer software that have been opened by the consumer.
  • Purchased items may be returned within 10 days of purchase by sending a registered letter with return receipt.
  • The material must be returned intact and complete with its original packaging and user manuals.
  • Shipping costs for the return of the equipment shall be borne by the consumer. Only Express Courier shipments are accepted; shipments through the Italian Postal Service are not accepted.
  • The consumer shall be entitled to a refund of the purchased goods but not of the transport costs originally charged at the time of shipment.
