That’s right, Funky Junk are looking for a talented sales assistant to join our team in North London! If you like the idea of working as part of a small but passionate team of audio lovers (not just box shifters!) then this could be the job for you. Responsibilities will include:
- Working in sales, building client relationships and providing advice on all manner of high-end recording equipment.
- Updating the website (basic product pricing, listing descriptions, imagery etc).
- Welcoming clients and setting up in-store demos, ensuring demo spaces are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Booking-in daily shipments and arranging delivery of goods to customers.
- Occasional location visits to studios and clients within London.
Skills and requirements:
- Good basic knowledge of recording practices and general pro audio related things!
- Proactive and well organised, with good admin skills and a friendly disposition.
- Good computer literacy skills; preferably with basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce and accounting software (for generating invoices), although training will be provided.
- Good communication skills, proficiency in English (Italian also beneficial)
– Salary: Up to £28k (dependant on experience)
– Hours: Mon-Fri 9-5 (negotiable)
